Refund policy

We do our best to provide you with the most accurate descriptions of our products. Before returning your item, please carefully read this Return and Refund Policy.

All PRODUCTS are SOLD AS IS, with the exception of the items being damaged during transit.

From the time you receive your item from our courier:

You have five (5) days after receiving your item(s) to contact us with your intent to return the work, so that we can assess the issue that you reported. We will then send you instructions on how to return your item(s) via our courier. ***Do not ship the item(s) before contacting us first.***

You (the buyer) will then have two (2) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the item(s) using our courier. All ARTWORKS and other items you purchased from JocelynCruzArt.com must be returned in its original condition for a full refund of your entire purchase price. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you fail to notify us of your intent to return the item(s) within 5 days of receipt, or you do not ship the item(s) within 2 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

For INTERNATIONAL Returns: Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR DAMAGED ITEM(S):
If you receive damaged items, make sure to save the original packaging! If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Within five (5) days from receiving your item(s) please do the following:

1) Take photos of damaged item(s) and packaging.

2) Use our "Contact Us" form on the JocelynCruzArt.com website, and you must attach the photos of the item(s), and packaging, and your proof of purchase.

3) Include detailed information on the reason you would like to return the artwork in the Contact Us Form

4) Provide the Order Number in the Contact Us Form.

5) Repackage the item using the original packaging materials used by our crater/courier.

6) We will send you instructions on how to return your item using our courier. ***Do not ship the artwork or other purchased items until you contact us and receive your RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.***

REFUND POLICY (if applicable)
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit Card or original method of payment, You will receive your refund within (5) five to (7) seven days depending on your bank or Credit Card company.

Note Regarding Late or Missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received a refund yet, please verify if your bank account has a pending deposit transaction from our company.

If you do not have a pending deposit transaction, contact your Credit Card company and ask how many business days it takes for deposit transactions to be posted.

Contact your bank. There is often a standard processing time before a refund is posted. .

If you still have not received your refund within (5) five to (7) seven days, please send us an email using the "Contact Us" form on our website

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be accepted for defective or damaged items. If you are making an Exchange for the same item.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued to you via email.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift Buyer had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the Buyer, and they will be notified via email.

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH GIFT CARDS
If the item was purchased with our gift card, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued to you via email.
